With more than 23 years of experience, Erica Monteiro has built an international career across beauty, fashion and celebrity — working with leading talents, brands and productions, and shaping a signature approach that has defined her work from the start.
At the heart of that approach is a simple idea: enhance rather than transform. Erica's signature is rooted in understanding the individual — creating beauty that feels natural, elevated and authentic, allowing women to feel more like themselves.
Her career began in Brazil, where she established herself within fashion and celebrity beauty. Her leadership was also recognized through high-profile television work, including a role as Key Makeup Artist for TV Globo — an early example of the leadership and team management that continues to define how she works today.
Her career later expanded to Europe, first in Scandinavia and now from Paris, working internationally across fashion, red carpet, celebrity and global beauty brands.
Alongside her artistry, Erica developed extensive experience within the business of beauty — spanning European retail, field and team management, market development, consumer experience, brand activations and Fashion Week partnerships.
This combination of creative instinct, industry knowledge, commercial understanding and leadership became the foundation for Monteiro & Co.
